Stockholm Office Complex Deploys 12 Aros Clean Pro Units
Major corporate office facility achieves 52% cost reduction with largest single-site Aros deployment to date.
A major Stockholm office complex has completed deployment of 12 Aros Clean Pro autonomous cleaning robots, representing the largest single-site installation of Aros technology to date.
The facility, which houses multiple corporate tenants across 35,000 square meters of office space, common areas and underground parking, implemented the robots to address rising cleaning costs and labor availability challenges.
Deployment scope: - 12 Aros Clean Pro units operating across three connected buildings - Autonomous cleaning of office corridors, common areas, meeting spaces and parking levels - Integrated scheduling with building access systems for after-hours operation - Centralized fleet management via Aros software platform
Operational results after 90 days: - 52% reduction in baseline cleaning costs - 96.5% floor area coverage rate - 99.1% system uptime - Zero safety incidents or complaints from building occupants
"We evaluated multiple autonomous cleaning solutions and selected Aros based on their proven track record, CE certification and strong references from other Swedish facilities," said Anders Bergström, Facility Manager for the office complex. "The deployment was smoother than expected and the operational results have exceeded our business case projections."
The implementation included comprehensive operator training for facility staff, integration with the building's IoT management platform and customized cleaning schedules optimized for each building's usage patterns.
Following this successful deployment, the property management company is evaluating Aros implementations for additional office properties in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
