Aros Robotics Begins Pilot Program with PitlaneOps Verification Platform
Limited pilot to test cryptographic logging for operational audit trails across select fleet deployments.
Aros Robotics AB announced a pilot program with PitlaneOps, a verification platform for autonomous systems, to test cryptographic logging capabilities for robot operational data.
"Some of our customers have asked about enhanced audit trail capabilities for compliance documentation," said Dr. Magnus Eriksson, CEO of Aros Robotics AB. "We're running this pilot to see if cryptographic verification adds meaningful value for those use cases."
Pilot Scope
The initial test will integrate PitlaneOps logging into Aros's Fleet Management platform for a subset of operational events including emergency stops, zone coverage and sensor readings. The pilot will run across 30 Aros Clean Max units at three customer sites.
Evaluation Criteria
The pilot will assess:
- Integration complexity and operational overhead
- Customer interest in cryptographically-signed operational logs
- Practical benefits for compliance and insurance documentation
- System performance impact
"We see potential applications for verified operational data in robotics deployments," said Jonas Müller, Founder of PitlaneOps. "This pilot will help both companies understand real-world requirements."
Based on pilot results and customer feedback, Aros will determine whether to pursue broader integration. The company expects to complete the evaluation in Q1 2026.

“We're testing this technology in a controlled pilot to see if it solves actual customer problems. If the results are positive and customers find it valuable, we'll consider broader deployment.”
