Aros Robotics Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification
Independent audit validates quality management systems for manufacturing, service and customer support operations.
Aros Robotics AB announced it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management systems, following a comprehensive audit conducted by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
The certification covers all aspects of Aros operations: - Product design and development processes - Manufacturing quality control and supplier management - Installation, commissioning and field service operations - Customer support and technical service delivery - Software development and release management

"For our customers—particularly large enterprises and public institutions—this certification provides additional assurance that we operate with documented, audited processes that support product quality and service reliability."
The certification process included: - Documentation of all key business processes - Internal quality audits and management reviews - Third-party assessment by LRQA auditors - Corrective action implementation and verification
Key quality metrics that contributed to the certification: - 99.1% product acceptance rate at final inspection - 96.8% first-time fix rate for field service calls - 98.3% customer satisfaction rating - 97.2% on-time delivery performance
Aros will undergo annual surveillance audits to maintain the certification, with full recertification assessments every three years. The company is now pursuing ISO 27001 certification for information security management, targeted for completion in Q2 2025.
