Aros Releases Enhanced Fleet Management Software Platform
New version adds predictive maintenance, advanced scheduling and improved analytics for multi-site deployments.
Aros Robotics AB released version 3.0 of its Fleet Management software platform, introducing significant enhancements for customers operating multi-site autonomous cleaning robot deployments.
Key features in the new release:
Predictive Maintenance: Machine learning algorithms analyze sensor data and operational patterns to predict component wear and schedule preventive maintenance before failures occur. Early testing shows 30% reduction in unplanned downtime.
Advanced Scheduling: Multi-building scheduling optimization automatically coordinates cleaning cycles across facilities, accounting for peak traffic times, special events and facility-specific requirements. Customers can define facility-specific cleaning priorities and adjust schedules remotely.
Enhanced Analytics: New dashboards provide comprehensive operational metrics including coverage area, cleaning duration, water and chemical consumption, energy usage and labor cost comparison. Data export functionality supports integration with facility management and sustainability reporting systems.
Multi-Site Management: Unified interface for managing robot fleets across multiple buildings and geographic locations. Role-based access control allows facility managers to view their sites while corporate administrators maintain oversight of the entire fleet.
"Our customers managing 10, 20, or 50+ robot deployments across multiple facilities told us they needed better tools for fleet-wide visibility and control," said Lisa Andersson, CTO of Aros Robotics AB. "Version 3.0 is built on their feedback and represents a major step forward in enterprise fleet management."
The software update is available immediately for all customers via over-the-air updates. Aros is offering complimentary training webinars for facility managers and technical staff throughout June 2025.
